Early Birds

Our Early Birds Playroom caters for children from 3 to 5 years. Our experiences are based on ‘Curriculum for Excellence’ and the environment provides opportunities for children to lead their own learning. We provide open ended resources both indoors and out, that promote curiosity, creativity, problem solving and imagination. Our highly qualified staff work closely with the children and literacy, numeracy and health and wellbeing is at the forefront of everything we do.

We have a secluded and secure garden area in which the children are able to engage in experiences in the natural environment.

In your child’s preschool year we work in conjunction with local schools to support their upcoming transition to school. We ensure that this programme is tailored to meet the needs of the individual child.

We are in partnership with East Renfrewshire Council and offer parents the opportunity to use their funded hours here at Orchard Park.
